Venue Fees & Requirements

• Venue Rental $6500 ( 150 people )
• $700.00 Cleaning Security Deposit Refundable after walk-through of venue is cleared. 
• 3-Day Binder Insurance Policy Provided by you through an insurance company.

We require half down to reserve your date, which is non-refundable. The 2nd half is due 90 days prior to your event along with the security deposit and insurance policy.
