Booking your special event with Butte Star Ranch

When you book your event with us you will have access to your very own client portal. Your portal will track your event from start to finish, as well as, making communication a breeze. Below you will find all of our venue details.

The Venue Package: $6500

Security Deposit & Insurance

We require a $700 security deposit, as well as, a 3-day event insurance policy. The security deposit is refundable after the walk-through of our venue is cleared. A check will be mailed out to the contract address within 1 week after event date. Our insurance requirements are as follows: 3-day event binder with minimum $1,000,000 coverage, listing Butte Star Ranch, Joe & Becky Handy , and Jerry & Amanda Handy as additional issurers.

Venue Times

1-Day Prior to event | 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Event Day | 8:00 am – 10:00 pm  |  All parties & guests must depart venue by 10:00pm.

Day After Event | 8:00 am -12:00 pm | Venue must be cleaned up by noon.

Music STOPS at 10:00 pm SHARP!!!
NO HARD-ALCOHOL allowed at any time!!!
